Board Charter
This Charter has been developed to summarise and augment the elements of the Company’s constitution that govern the regulation of meetings and proceeding of the Board of Directors (Board). It aims to provide a clear statement of the roles, responsibilities and operations of the Board for the benefit of both the Board and senior management and to ensure the practices of the Board are consistent with and reflect the Board’s commitment to good governance.
