Audit Committee Charter

The Company’s Audit committee is a committee of the Board of AACL Holdings Limited. Until such time as the Board has deemed it necessary for the continued good governance of the Company, the duties of the Audit Committee may be carried out by the Board in accordance with the requirements of this Charter.

Remuneration Committee Charter

The Company’s Remuneration committee is a committee of the Board of AACL Holdings Limited. Until such time as the Board has deemed it necessary for the continued good governance of the Company, the duties of the Remuneration Committee may be carried out by the Board in accordance with the requirements of this Charter.
