AACL Funds Management Limited (AACLFM) is a wholly owned subsidiary of AACL Holdings Ltd and is the Responsible Entity for the Grain Co-Production Projects.

AACLFM operates under an Australian Financial Services License and consists of an experienced team of fund managers and accountants specialising in raising investor funds, managing investments and reporting to investors of the GCP Projects.

AACLFM is responsible for:

• Providing the Australian Financial Services License required to successfully operate GCP, Land Fund and Grain Marketing products and services.
• Acting as the Trustee or “Responsible Entity” of GCP and Land Fund investments.
• Raising the money from the investors.
• Providing ongoing reporting to investors.
