Rob Melville, Executive Manager – Capital Raising

Mr Melville has been involved in the Australian and Asian funds management industries for the past 25 years and in that time has been a director of a number of fund management companies in Australia, Malaysia and Sri Lanka. His experience covers many different aspects of the funds management industry including capital raising, business development, product development, administration and public relations. Mr Melville is primarily responsible for the raising of capital into the product range of AACL. Mr Melville is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.

Simon Foley, Executive Manager – Rural Services

Mr Foley has over 18 years of experience in the agricultural industry, ranging from production agronomics in several parts of the Grain-belt to consulting farm businesses in farm finance and farm management. Since joining AACL in January 2006, Mr Foley has held a number of roles within the business, including Grain Production Manager, National Product Services Manager and most recently  as Executive Manager – Rural Services. Mr Foley is primarily responsible for farmer sales, agronomic, contract administration, land management and marketing services involved in AACL’s Grain Co-Production Projects. He possesses a Bachelor of Agriculture (Hons) from the University of Western Australia. 

Craig Milverton, Chief Officer – Operations

Mr Milverton has 30 years of active experience in the Financial Services Industry, managing and developing commercial and agribusiness portfolios. After spending 24 years at Bankwest in a variety of management positions, Mr Milverton was appointed as Senior Manager Agribusiness at Wesfarmers in 2000 where he implemented changes to their Financial Services Division. In 2005, he joined Farmworks Australia Ltd in a senior management role to establish a Financial Services Division to complement the company’s growth strategies into agribusiness. He joined AACL as an Executive Manager - Business Development, and in April 2011 was appointed as Chief Officer - Operations. Mr Milverton has a Diploma in Management and is currently studying Diploma of Financial Services.
